Nomade Remote · Privacy policy
Last updated — May 7, 2026
Nomade Remote is built to provide secure remote access to Macs you own or are authorized to control. The service uses account, device, pairing, billing, and session metadata to make that access possible. Nomade Remote does not sell personal data, does not include advertising SDKs, and does not use cross-app tracking.
Information used to run Nomade Remote
Nomade Remote may process account information, authentication provider details, workspace identifiers, device names, device identifiers, pairing status, authorized devices, session status, approximate connection health, subscription status, and support messages you send. This information is used to sign you in, list your Macs, authorize trusted devices, start and stop sessions, enforce plan limits, and provide support.
Screen and input data
Nomade Remote uses macOS Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions so an authorized device can see and control the selected Mac during a live session. The live screen stream, pointer actions, keyboard input, clipboard actions, and audio features are used to provide the session you request. Nomade Remote does not use this content for advertising and does not sell it.
Subscriptions and payments
A Nomade Remote subscription is attached to your Nomade Remote workspace and applies across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Subscriptions are purchased and restored through Apple StoreKit. RevenueCat may be used to read entitlement and subscription status needed to unlock features. Payment details are handled by Apple.
Diagnostics
The app may show technical diagnostic information such as latency, frame rate, route status, or error logs. These diagnostics are intended for troubleshooting and support. If you copy or send diagnostics to support, they may include device identifiers, timestamps, session identifiers, and connection health details.
Third-party services
Nomade Remote may rely on Apple services for app distribution, subscriptions, and system permissions; authentication providers such as Apple or Google for sign-in; cloud infrastructure for account and pairing services; and RevenueCat for subscription entitlement status. Nomade Remote does not add third-party advertising networks.
Your choices
You can revoke device access, disconnect active sessions, sign out, disable macOS permissions, or request account and privacy assistance by contacting support. Removing required macOS permissions may prevent remote access from working.
