Nomade Remote · Terms of Use
Last updated — May 7, 2026
By downloading or using Nomade Remote, you agree to these Terms of Use.
This app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Where applicable, usage is also governed by the Apple Standard EULA: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula .
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt Nomade Remote or related services.
Remote access and authorization
Nomade Remote may only be used to access Macs that you own, administer, or are explicitly authorized to control. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, approving only trusted devices, and disconnecting sessions you no longer want active.
Subscriptions
Nomade Remote uses one account-based subscription across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Mac-to-Mac access is part of the same Nomade Remote subscription and is not sold as a separate Mac-only subscription. Subscriptions are purchased and restored through Apple StoreKit. RevenueCat may be used to read entitlement and subscription status.
Availability
Remote sessions depend on your devices, macOS permissions, network conditions, and service availability. Nomade Remote is designed to simplify connection handling, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
