Nature of the service

BrowseKind is a local browser and focus tool. It displays third-party websites through Apple WebKit on iPhone or Android System WebView on Android and applies local interface filters. BrowseKind does not operate, provide, host, or resell the social networks or their content.

Independent product and trademarks

BrowseKind is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Instagram, X, Google, Meta, or their owners. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and identify compatibility only.

Supported platforms

BrowseKind supports iPhone and Android 8.0 or later. Features that depend on Apple Screen Time, Android Accessibility, WebKit, WebView, or isolated website profiles can differ by platform, operating-system version, and device.

Authorized use

You must use BrowseKind only with accounts and devices you are authorized to use and comply with applicable law and each third-party service's terms.

• Do not automate interactions, scrape or bulk-extract content, impersonate others, or interfere with a service.
• Do not use BrowseKind to download protected media or bypass advertising, paywalls, DRM, security measures, geographic restrictions, or account controls.
• Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse BrowseKind or its purchase systems except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Accounts and content

Credentials are entered directly into the third-party website. BrowseKind does not manage account recovery, moderation decisions, suspensions, content rights, or disputes with a social service. You remain responsible for your account activity and the content you access or submit.

Compatibility and availability

Social websites may change, block embedded browsers, remove features, or break a filter without notice. BrowseKind will make reasonable efforts to maintain supported filters, but uninterrupted compatibility with any particular service or feature is not guaranteed. External links may open in Safari or the system browser for safety or authentication.

Free and Plus

The free version includes every supported social service, essential filters for short videos, discovery, recommendations, and home feeds, and optional native-app schedules through Apple Screen Time on iPhone or App Shield on Android. These scheduling features are not conditioned on a Plus subscription. BrowseKind Plus adds up to three account spaces per network where isolated website profiles are supported, advanced profiles, quiet-hour schedules inside BrowseKind, comments and engagement controls, grayscale media, and ongoing premium filter maintenance.

Plus subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically for the period and price shown before purchase, and can be restored in BrowseKind. Manage or cancel through Apple Account or Google Play settings. Refund requests and trial eligibility are handled by the store where the subscription was purchased; a trial applies only when it is displayed in that store's purchase flow.

Software rights and suspension

BrowseKind and its original design, code, and documentation remain the developer's intellectual property. A personal, non-transferable license is granted under these Terms and, for the iPhone version, the Apple Standard EULA. Access may be limited for fraud, abuse, unlawful use, or interference with the app or purchase systems.

Consumer rights and liability

BrowseKind is provided with reasonable care but without a promise that every third-party site will always work. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for third-party content, account decisions, service outages, or indirect loss.

Law, changes, and contact

French law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. These Terms may be updated for legal, security, or functional changes, with the current version published here. Questions may be sent to guillaume351.claverie@gmail.com.
